- If you need details on your licence or an invoice, simply login to [your account](/content/login/index.html) to retrieve them.

If the steps above don't resolve your issue, or you just need to talk to us about a feature request, then contact us via technical support outlined below.

## Technical Support

### Technical support is for paid users. We love bug reports, feedback and feature requests. To help us answer your query in our very first reply, please help us by following these steps.

1) Save your log files by clicking 'Help > Debug > Save logs' within the app.

2) Please include details of the site, the issue and any necessary screenshots or videos.

3) Email all of the above to us on [support@screamingfrog.co.uk](mailto:support@screamingfrog.co.uk) or by clicking the 'open a support ticket' button below.

We aim to answer support queries within 24hrs during usual working business hours. Thank you!
